Two-Year Warranty
We offer a two-year warranty on all silver jewelry purchased directly from All Rivers.
Customers are responsible for shipping the item to us. We cover the repair work itself.
Complimentary Care Service
Silver jewelry is meant to be worn and loved for years. It never loses its value. Over time, however, it naturally develops small scratches and may become dull or tarnished. This is a characteristic of silver and does not mean that your piece is any less valuable — it simply means it may need a little care.
For regular cleaning, we recommend washing your jewelry with a drop of dish soap in lukewarm water. This is often enough to remove everyday buildup and restore its shine.
If your piece requires polishing, deep cleaning, or general maintenance, we are happy to help.
We offer complimentary care services for all silver All Rivers pieces. Customers are responsible only for shipping costs.
Repairs
Accidents happen. While damage caused by daily wear, impacts, lost stones, scratches, improper storage, or misuse is not covered by our warranty, we will always do our best to repair your piece whenever possible.
In many cases, repairs can be carried out at no labor cost. Customers may only be asked to cover shipping costs and, when necessary, the replacement cost of missing stones or materials.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
If you would prefer a different size or another piece, we are often able to assist with exchanges beyond the standard exchange period. Please contact us via email, and we will do our best to help.
